‘Star Wars: The Acolyte’ Two Episode Cinema Screenings Around the World

The Acolyte is just 16 days away and news about cinematic fan screenings is starting to come in from across the globe.

First up we have the official London red carpet premiere taking place on May 28 in London’s Leicester Square. Tickets for this now sold out event were open to members of Women in Film and Television, which confirmed that the two episode screening will be attended by Leslye Headland and cast members Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-Jae, Charlie Barnett, Dafne Keen, Manny Jacinto, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Rebecca Henderson who will all take part in a Q&A session after the premiere.

On June 3, fans in the Netherlands will be able to access advance screenings at 5 Pathe cinemas across the country. Tickets are available now to Club Pathe members.

The final next officially announced fan screening takes place in Tokyo, home of the next Star Wars Celebration. The River is running a contest for 65 fans to attend a special dubbed screening of the two episode premiere on June 4 (the series releases June 5 in Japan) that fans can enter via Twitter/X and Instagram.

Star Wars fans on social media have reported similar screenings in Germany but I have not been able to find an official link or announcement for these yet.

UPDATED – Thanks to Dominik on Twitter/X for reaching out with confirmation of the German screening. Fans can enter for a chance to win tickets to screenings on May 24 in Berlin and Cologne via the Disney+ DE Instagram account.

In the US no events have been officially announced, but Cinemark have a page uploaded for fan screenings on June 3rd. Tickets are not yet available.

Hopefully we’ll get an official announcement for the US, and other countries, soon. We’ll be sure to post as soon as anything is announced regarding further screenings.
